Finally, a mod that fixes the behavior of GTA V’s traffic and pedestrians so that they behave similarly to the way normal people act on planet Earth.

Installation
Copy RealWorldPeople.dll to /Scripts/ folder

Features
1. Car / Traffic Data structure that controls the density of parked cars and moving vehicles
based on time of day.
2. Vehicle driving styles change depending on the time of day.
3. Removes some unnecessary street lights in some places, making night time much more like the real world
4. Pedestrians now do things instead of just standing there!
5. Cars move much like they would in a city.
6. Modeled after real-world traffic in the San Francisco Bay Area.
