Health Multipliers

Tired of every NPC and vehicle exploding or dying in just a few shots, Or maybe you want a hyper-realistic hardcore mode where everyone dies in one hit.

This mod gives you complete, independent control over the health multipliers for all Peds (NPCs) and Vehicles in the game. It runs entirely in the background, automatically scanning and dynamically applying your chosen multipliers to entities around you. You can make enemies bullet-sponges, turn cars into indestructible tanks, or go the opposite direction and make everything fragile glass.

Features
Universal SHVDN Compatibility: Built using SHVDN classes and properties that are compatible with Legacy & Enhanced. This ensures the mod is crash-proof against game updates and works flawlessly on both ScriptHookVDotNet3 Nightly and ScriptHookVDotNet3 Enhanced (SHVDNE).
Independent Health Multipliers: Separately configure exactly how much health NPCs and vehicles should get. (e.g. Set Peds to 2.0x health, and Vehicles to 1.5x). Works perfectly with decimal values (0.25, 1.5, 3.0, etc).
Handling Mod Support (Drive V): The mod calculates multipliers based on the vehicle’s current starting health rather than forcing a flat value. This ensures compatibility with physics/handling mods like Drive V, preventing issues like cars catching fire immediately upon spawning.
Headshot Rework: (Enabled by default!) In vanilla GTA V, any headshot is an instant hardcoded kill regardless of health. This mod natively disables that behavior, forcing headshots to deal actual weapon damage. Now your high health multipliers will actually let peds survive a headshot!
Trainer Compatibility & God Mode Safe: Fully compatible with Menyoo, Simple Trainer, and Enhanced Native Trainer. The mod detects if you are in God Mode or if a trainer has artificially boosted your health, and safely skips you so it never fights the trainer.
Immediate Player Vehicle Application: While NPC cars are scanned every second, the moment YOU enter a vehicle, its health is multiplied instantly with zero scan delay.
Mission & Cutscene Protection: The mod automatically pauses itself during story missions and cutscenes to prevent breaking Rockstar’s carefully scripted mission health values.
Fully Customizable: Generates a highly detailed, self-documenting .ini file automatically on first run. No messy in-game menus required.

– ScriptHookVDotNet Enhanced (SHVDNE) (Enhanced – REQUIRED for Enhanced edition)

GTA V Version Compatibility:
This mod works on both Legacy and Enhanced versions of GTA V.
For Legacy, you can use either ScripthookVDotNet3 Nightly or ScriptHookVDotNet Enhanced (SHVDNE).
For Enhanced, you must use ScriptHookVDotNet Enhanced (SHVDNE).

Installation
– Download this mod and extract the ZIP file.
– Drop HealthMultiplier.dll into your GTA V scripts folder.
– Run the game. A configuration file (HealthMultiplier.ini) will automatically be created in your scripts folder for you to customize.
