CONFIGURATION
Nearly every system has an INI switch. If you run a heavy mod list or lower end PC, start with the ambient systems off and enable one at a time (see readme in the archive).
KNOWN ISSUES / BUGS
Very long modded sessions can be sensitive to game build, SHVDN build and other installed scripts
Use Windowed Borderless display mode for the photo capture feature
If a crash happens, scripts/OnTheBlock_crashtrail.log and ScriptHookVDotNet.log are the best truth sources. Post them in the comments and fixes ship fast

– Public package hardening: the free/community DLL is now compile-locked to free behavior even if a license key is pasted into the public INI. Supporter-only gameplay stays tied to the supporter installer/DLL plus active Patreon access.
– v3.2.713 Diss Track Studio input focus: while the studio menu is open, Left Arrow / D-pad Left belongs only to that menu and no longer opens the phone.
– v3.2.712 get-back target tracker: hostile peds, robbers, attackers, shooters, and hit-and-run drivers can now be marked so you can find the exact NPC later.

– v3.2.691-699 drug lab pickup cleanup: lab pickup points are cursor/menu based, no forced Hector teleport, and no unwanted lab table props.
