[Beta] Features: This is the first beta Launch & still in development, so please excuse any bugs or misplacements, they will be fixed in the next update.

Bugs:
1. Flickering Textures
2. Garage too close to pool.
3. Back of house missing wood.
4. Mailbox behind the House.
5. Falling through Map

1.0 [Release] will cover
1. Mailbox will be moved to the front of driveway.
2. Flickering Textures will be FIxed.
3. Back of the wooden porch will be restored.
4. Driveway will be added & connected to Garage.
5. House & Garage will be moved back some.
6. Peds will be removed from property.
7. Ceiling Lights will work at night time.
8. Falling through Map will be Fixed.

About: This is a complete port of the house.

Note:

1. There isn’t much to this house, as it is a complete port from the original game. There isn’t an upstairs leading to the 2nd story because it was never revealed in The Walking Dead: Season 1 Game (2012). Had things added to it to make it more interesting.

2. Back of the house had to be flipped around due to the front of the house being plain with no features

Instructions
Copy the clem-house & clem-land into “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks”.
Add dlcpacks:/clem-house/ & dlcpacks:/clem-land/ at the end of your dlclist.xml in (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data)
