2. Drag and Drop files into your Addon Peds DLC using OpenIV
(mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc/peds.rpf)
3. Open AddonPeds Editor as a Administrator
4. Creature a New Ped as:
Clementine, Female, False, Click on Add Ped, Press on Rebuild
