Go into the OIV folder and drag the file into OpenIV

Open the “Manual Installation” folder
Drag “carcols.ymt” to mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data
Drag “vehshare.ytd” to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/
Drag “vehshare.ytd” to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday27ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/
Drag “vehshare.ytd” to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayg9ecng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/
Drag “vehshare.ytd” to mods/x64w.rpf/dlcpacks/mpbeach/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpbeachvehicles.rpf/
