Dress as a cop and go save citizens from rioters on highway, dont forget to call backup!

Installation:
Download file extrac it then copy Protest.xml and put it into GTAV/menyoostuff/spooner
Ingame instructions:
Open Menyoo by clicking F8 and scroll donw untill you see Spawner then click manage saved files click protest and click load placement.
