Installation:
move “Dispensary (Mission Row).xml” to GTA Root/menyooStuff/Spooner
copy the text in “add to PropList.txt”
navigate to GTA Root/menyooStuff
open “PropList.txt” and paste the contents from the previous file
save the file
move the folder “addonprops” to GTA Root/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
navigate to GTA Root/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
edit the file “dlclist.xml” and add the following line:
dlcpacks:/addonprops/
save the file
