Franklin Hair Fix V1.0

I was really getting sick of Franklin’s broken default haircut, so I decided to fix it using this simple mod.
Simple fix, copied the Contract Franklin’s haircut onto the regular Franklin.

Requirements:
– OpenIV
– “mods” folder
