2. Make sure you have MPClothes Installed.
3. Drag all clothing components into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpclothes_male.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_p_mp-m-clothes_01

Use
Use a trainer like Menyoo or Lambda Menu to equip all the props which can be found after all the vanilla hats.
