Installation:
Step 1: run openiv, drag files from folder patchday8ng into the:GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
Step 2: back to the game, choose carbine rifle at a gun shop, and then choose “Yusuf Amir Luxury Finish” from the modification menu, then you can see it.

Please note:
Incorrect scope offset in first person view.
