Installation for SinglePlayer:
Copy the natty3d_hideout sandy shores folder into “mods\update\x64\dlcpacks”
Then add the following line to the bottom of the dlclist.xml file (located at “mods\update\update.rpf\common\data”):

dlcpacks:natty3d_hideout_sandy_shores/

For FiveM:
Add the natty3d_hideout sandy shores folder to the resource folder, then add “start natty3d hideout sandy shores” to the server.cfg
