DNX Sandy Shores Big Builging [MLO | YMAP | ADD-ON] V1.0

DNX Sandy Shores Big Builging [MLO | YMAP | ADD-ON] V1.0

Seems like Sandy Shores is a growing town! First a new road, now a big building! What-?!

This is one of the biggest mods I’ve ever made. I started working on it in 2019, dropped and taken lots of times in these years, but finally here we are!
This building features an gate, a parking lot, one usable garage for two cars on the rear, stairwell and elevator (through portals) to the top, an apartment on the 6th floor and a penthouse with 360° view on the top floor.
There are many details, going from the 3D water drains to the water drips from the balconies during rainy weathers.
I hope you’ll enjoy it since I’ve put a lot of effort on it!

🌟FEATURES:
Original creation: every model is designed and made by me from scratch
Accessible interiors: one apartment at the 6th floor, a penthouse on the top floor, one garage for two vehicles, an halleyway to the main hall of the building, stairwell and elevator (static)
Highly detailed and lore friendly: 3D details, decals and extensions like any building of San Andreas
All-in-one DLC: no vanilla files overwriting required!

🧰REQUIREMENTS:
OpenIV or Codewalker RPF Explorer
DNX Generic Add-On Props – WHITHOUT THIS MANY OBJECTS WON’T SHOW UP!
Portals – optional but recommended if you don’t want to climb the stairs every time to get to the top floors (and give the elevator a meaning)

HOW TO INSTALL:
Put dnxbigbuilding from the SP folder here: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Open dlclist.xml and add dlcpacks:/dnxbigbuilding/ after the last line and save.
OPTIONAL: put Portals folder in your GTA 5 main directory, then go into it and delete the portal you don’t need (e.g. you want the elevator to drop you to the penthouse? Delete dnxbigbuilding_gnd-to-6th-apartment.ini)

🛠FOR CREATORS:
You can create your own big building anywhere with Codewalker! Every part of the building is a single piece and has it’s own collision!

KNOWN ISSUES:
The small gate door and the garage door doesn’t emit any sound when operated. Haven’t yet figured out how to fix this.
