Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode,
Download and install MpClothes,
Navigate to the following path:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mp_f_freemode_01.rpf/,
Replace the existing file or add a new one in the jbib slot,
Launch the game and enjoy your new top!
Note: You may need to adjust the slot number (###) to avoid replacing any other custom tops you have installed.
