This is the ingame lowrider blouse, just opened up a bit more. The supplied torsos support tattoos.

To use as addon, you can use an addon such as “Female Slots” by Jennie
Or mpclothes by HeySlickThatsMe
Rename the files to your liking and drag them into the slots mod. (see readme on instructions if you don’t know how to do this)

Adjusted version + additional recoloured texture files by me
