HVY Negotiator [Add-on] V1.0

Built off of an 80’s Bison, this block of armor was made to withstand small caliber ordance. Created for the military, donated to law enforcement, and now pawned off to you. She’s not pretty, but she gets the job done.
The HVY Negotiator, making sure all your demands are met.

Well, at long last, it is here. A lore friendly Peacekeeper. Surprised nobody has done one yet, but such is life.
This is my first scratch modeled car. It started off as a “can I even do this?” and turned into something that people seemed genuinely interested in. I’ve tried to make something to the best of my abilities, and hope it stands up to people’s expectations.
There are some known issues regarding clipping with animations, which I’d love to fix, but had problems finding suitable animations. If anyone has recommendations, feel free to let me know.

Features
All basic Rockstar features. LODs, vertex painting, glass shards, audio, etc. Custom layouts and an imperfect handling line. Seems to be a bug regarding the rear lights breaking. Through extensive testing and adjustments, unsure as to what would cause it.
