Bugs: instead of a guitar, a man can have a drum. If the cars flew up in the air then load the map near the place then everything will be fine. (I know that this is not quite bugs rather conventions)

you need:

map editor
Script Hook V
Community Script Hook V.NET

installation: drop metafile to the game folder, press f7 in the game, then go to load map and select the file
