New City [Menyoo] 0.1

this is a little city i made it cause no fps at all.

you should use menyoo to load it up,

go to gta/menyoostuff/spooner and get the file in there

i hope you guys can get a great day this is only my second time making this type of stuff but ih ope you guys like it
