Every vehicle in the game will now have a winch, which you can use to attach other vehicles, tow them around and wind/unwind the winch at will.
Features
All player’s vehicles have a winch now.
You can hook the winch to other vehicles or props.
The winch will be fired from the vehicle’s front or the vehicle’s back.
The winch can be winded or unwinded.
Helicopters, planes, motorcycles… any vehicle can now hook up other vehicles, no limits here
Helicopters will winch only from below, hooking vehicles by the roof.
Installation
“Winch.dll” goes inside \Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\ folder.
Settings

Controls
Handrake + PitchUp (Shift on keyboard) = hook vehicle ahead
Handrake + PitchDown (Control on keyboard) = hook vehicle behind
Handrake + aim+ (PitchDown or PitchUp) = hook prop you’re aiming at
While the winch is active:
The winch can be winded or unwinded.
Handrake + Accelerate = unwind winch/stop unwinding winch
Handrake + Brake = wind winch/stop winding winch
Unhook things by using Handrake + PitchUp/PitchDown (Shift/Control) again.

Q: BUTBUTBUTBUTBUTBUT JulioNIB’s JC GRAPPLING HOOK DOES THE SAME
A: Unless Julio fixed it, the Grappling Hook hooks vehicles from their center of mass, making proper towing impossible. This script hooks vehicles from their front or their back, or roof in the case of hooking from an heli.
Also, this script provides an easy way to hook vehicles to vehicles, without needing to step out of them.
Sourcecode Here.
Changelog
1.1: Added aimed hooking, you can now hook props you’re aiming at.
Plans
Allow the player to hook the vehicle to the ground/walls.
