Fixes a vanilla Rockstar bug that produces flickering textures on the ground in the Rockford Hills subway. This was fixed by Rockstar early on, but recently, some genius disabled the patched version of the subway map files. The included content.xml file restores this fix.
Installation: Place content.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/patchday4ng
