Cool upgrades to MALIBU MANSION (2 Helipads, a Dock, Security personnel at gate and driveway) [Menyoo/ .XML] 1.0

NOTE:
This is an ADD ON Ymap/.XML (to be pasted into menyoostuff folder) – to the original BigShaqNoKetchup’s Malibu Mansion,
HENCE You MUST HAVE BigShaqNoKetchups MALIBU MANSION INSTALLED (as well as MENYOO installed with a spooner folder in Menyoostuff where this xml is to be copied.)

– Two cool helipads (as seen in the images) with helicopters and guards.
– Armed security guards at the gate, drive way and helipads (with animations & tasks).
– An awesome dock where you can park your luxury boats and jet skis.
– Added lighting and street lights at the drive way and across the mansion.
– Valets/servants at the entrance of the house and some inside as well as a waiter.
– Added beautiful trees at the main road around the entry gate.

— INSTALLATION (super easy)—
((YOU MUST HAVE THE MALIBU MANSION INSTALLED))
Just copy and paste the .xml file into your Gta 5 main directory –> menyooStuff –> Spooner.

—To use the mod— :
Launch the game, open menyoo > go to object spooner > Manage saved files > 5.xml > load placements AND DONE !

Bugs:
The dock sometimes may glitch a bit while parking a boat.
