1. run OpenIV

2. drag and drop the folder malibu_mansion in the following path mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

3. go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/malibu_mansion/

1. run OpenIV

2. drag and drop the file mansion_building.ydr from the folder (modern red) in the following path mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\malibu_mansion\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\malibu_mansion.rpf\

note: in the folder (polished white) you will find the original version of the mansion

bugs

The water quads under the mansion make the water of the mansion unusable.
however, this rule only applies to the player. npcs can swimm.
if i find a solution i lower the bottom of the pool again.
