it adds hospital and a interior. more lifeguards and secerity. police cars and lifeguard cars.
new adds and billboards

Installation:
– To use this you need to have Menyoo trainer: https://github.com/MAFINS/MenyooSP/releases. Download the newest version.
– When you have done that you should go to the main gta folder and go to menyoostuff/spooner and put my file in there.
– Then load gta5 and press F8 on you kerboard and than object spawner and on manager files, and clock on my file
