Weapon Hud 2.0

V 1.1
-Added the ability to move the ammo text and weapon picture to any position on screen.
-Added the ability to toggle on/off the ammo text
-Cleaned up the code a little

-Added the ability to scale the weapon image
-Disabled weapon image when in vehicle

-Added an option for floating weapon image and ammo next to the players head.
-Cleaned up the code even more
-Fixed some bugs
