Install SP:
1: Place bmjr_bldsht_SP from SP archive in your mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2: Add dlcpacks:/bmjr_bldsht_SP/ in your mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
Install FiveM:
1: Drag and drop bmjr_bldsht_FM from FiveM archive in your resource folder
2: Add bmjr_bldsht_FM in your server.cfg
