You need this file to add cars, peds, etc. to GTA 5.
Gameconfigs a mod that triplicates the default value of the rockstar gameconfig, if you try to add something with the default the game is going to crash, but with a custom gameconfig like my gameconfig the game will work good.
To use this and prevent crashes or bugs you need to install those mods too:
Those two mods are very easy to install, just move the content of the mod to the GTA 5 folder.

alloc8or packfile limit adjuster
The installation path of the gameconfig is this: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data.
You need OpenIV to install this
