we mod only the visual part of almost 100percent of the vehicle mods, whether it’s playing with a fun car or making cool content

Installation:
-Open folder Singleplayer and move “sonic4” to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks.
-Edit dlclist.xml in mods>update>update.rpf>common>data.
-Spawn with name: sonic4
