1930 Art-Deco style House [Repacement Map/load as vehicle] 2.0

1930’s house design in Art-Deco Architectural Style I use stream line in designing of this house
With 1930-50’S modern furniture Like : 1970 Kenwood900 Landry – 1950 Bosch Refrigerator – Electro luxe oven – 1970 Groundig Wooden Television & old poster of Pop singer of my country from 1960 – 1970
You can go inside / go to the roof / go to bed rooms / wc / kitchen /
you can park a car in the garage

installation:

Add on version :

copy Ghatar Folder in update/x64/dlcpacks

Extract update/update.rpf/common/date/dlclist.xml
copy next line to dlclist.xml
dlcpacks:\Ghatar\
Save And Replace it

Find a flat place like airport or parking loot or etc
Load the model as a vehicle with name ecab

Replace version :

just replace all files in folders at this archive with same folders at you gta v game with open iv
Note : If you haven’t mpapartment in your dlcpacks dont wory your version is old and you dont need replace mpamapartment files just replacing mpheist in your version can come the house in your game
using mod folders in open iv or getting backup before installation is recomended

For next version:
– Add a Replace version With one of GTA Buildings in the city (I know how to do that and that is possible, I do this before for one of fuel station in the game you can see here : 1970 Persian Gas Station )
– Adding Interior lights
– Making Jimmy Traci And Amanda load in their own bedrooms in this house
– Replace Jimmy’s computer with l a mechanical calculator and a mechanical Type machine per Advice of @RODEBLUR For make the mod more realistic to 1930’s
– Make TV to show the GTA V’s Movies and Advertisements on the screen (I need Script programmers help to do this)
– Add Heating Radiator
– Add Electrical Switches and Sockets
– Add Script To save car in garage and save game in master bedroom (I need Script programmers help to do this)
