Barbanero Road 7 House Interior [Menyoo] V1.0

This is my second Menyoo mod: the interior of Barbanero Road 7. (Single Player, not tested in FiveM) It’s a cute house at the beach at Chumash with two floors, a living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, bedroom, wash area and two balconies.

Required:
– Menyoo
– Map Builder

Instructions:
1. Drag the .xml file to your Spooner folder
2. Load placements in GTAV. (Props you wish to be removed, can be removed and replaced manually like you wish.)

Good to know:
– Some floors and walls have edges sticking out of the walls.
– I’m trying to work on converting it as an .ymap
– When using the garage, make sure to not enter with a vehicle bigger than a Sedan.
– When you’ve entered and you want to leave with your vehicle again, drive back a tiny bit to make the exit-marker appear.
– Big cars like SUVs and Muscle cars are too big for this tiny garage.
– Muscle cars like the voodoo and the Chino fit, but you won’t be able to drive out, since the marker won’t appear.
– Some floors and walls have edges sticking out of the walls.
– I’m trying to work on converting it as an .ymap
