Just add this line to your dlclist.xml after adding “beachmansion” folder to your dlcpacks:

dlcpacks:\beachmansion\

then simply add this line to you dlclist.xml located at: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

dlcpacks:\beachmansion\
