2. Open openiv to enter edit mode, open the path Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata
Find the dlclist .xml file and add the code dlcpacks:/davis_pd/ to it

2打开openiv进入编辑模式，打开路径Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
找到dlclist.xml文件并在其中添加代码dlcpacks:/davis_pd/即可
