If you want this mod to work you must have it :

1. Scripthook
2. ScriptHook V.NET
3. OpenIV
4. Map Editor
5. Map builder
6. AddonProps, Increasedprops , PandaCraft
7. ObjectSpawnUnlocker, DLCunlocker

Instal MapEditor file:

1. open gta v directory
2. drag and drop from folder “mapeditor file” to the gta v directory

thats it, enyoj the game!!
