You, Dear Player, Dear Modder, Dear What Ever You Want To Believe Yourself to Be. You Are Now The Proud Owner Of A Village In Sandy Shore’s Air-Field. That’s Right. Your Own Village In Blaine County. After Taken Over An Air-Field From Corrupt High Ranking Goverment Agents, You Decided To Open A Village On The Land. You Make Tenants Pay Hefty Amounts Of Cha-Ching For Housing. (This Does NOT Give You Money, Only Backstory And Lore To This Mod,). After Months Of Hard Work In Maintaining Your Village, You Finally Got In Contact With A Private Military Agency For Security Guards For Your Village (See Photo’s) And Now Own A Successful Village. You Can Now (Or Not) Be Proud Of People Calling You “Lord Of Extortion”.

Description:
This Is A Menyoo Mod I Made That Allows The Player The Spawn A Village (You Cannot Enter Houses, Sadly) That You Can Walk About. I Have Also Placed Down Cars, Fences, Street Lights, And A Custom Made (With Menyoo, No Replacing Models Or Textures) Security Station Near The Helipad With A Cargobob (Jetsam Variant) With The Same Colours As The Dillient Security Patrol Car White And Blue.

And Like My ‘Outbreak’ XML File, I Will Of-course Let You Set Up PEDS / NPCS In Anyway You Please. I Have Left It Alone, With PEDS / NPCS So You Can Maximize Your Fun With Grand Theft Auto Modding.

Bugs:
Not Really A Bug (I Think), But The Street Lights That Surround The Village Will Not Throw Out Light At Night Time IF YOU ARE TOO FAR AWAY. You Need To Be Close To The Village For The Street Lights To Start Beaming Light. But They Do Work Just Fine.
