Destroyed building [SP / FiveM] 1.0

This mod add a building next to the police station, the building caught fire a few year ago, now is to abandon and partially destroyed. this building is mainly made for apocalypse, zombie server but you can allway use it for something else. This is me firts test to make building destroy so its not perfect.

As you saw in the title the mod is compatible for the Single player and FiveM.
I’m not very good at 3D modeling so please be forgiving.
You can find screenshot in highter resolution into the file.

Here is the list of additions
Destroyed building
Player collision, weapon, functional
LODs work at any distance

Bugs & flaws
Single player only: The occlusions are still there despite having removed them
Some parts of the building are not perfect
(If you find any other bugs you can tell me in the coment)

Installation
For the SP version it is in the form of dlcpack
And for FiveM version it is stream
All installation instructions are in the file
