1)Go to
GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2)Drag and drop the cmhalloween22 folder here
3)Go to
GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
and open the dlclist.xml file
4)Add at the end
dlcpacks:\cmhalloween22\
5)Start your game and enjoy
