This mod finishes the Mile High Club that has been under construction for over a decade

-Copy dlc.rpf into the directory in GTA V that the folders next to this file show
-Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and open dlclist.xml
-Add line dlcpacks:/mhc/
