[MLO] Citée Les Lilas [Add-On] V1.0

Here is a typical French Hood like Marseille/Paris
It includes a set of blocks which covers the Families district, everything is done so that the NPCs do not get stuck against a wall, retaining the exterior courtyard which becomes an interior courtyard. In addition, there is:
– Type point of sale [Perfect for the Lslife mod!]
– An accessible block with 2 floors and 2 MLO apartments per Floor
– A KFC
– Functional elevator if “Les Lila StashHousse” mod installed which gives access to an additional floor with 1 MLO apartment and an 1 MLO cellar with locations for the LsLife mod

requiement : Map Builder 
Install : Put folder leslilas in mod/update/x64/dlcpacks
and add this line in dlclist.xml :
dlcpacks:/leslilas/
