[MLO] Vespucci Beach House [Add-On SP / FiveM] V1.0

Vespucci Beach House MLO is a project I started, almost 4 months ago, then stopped due to lack of knowledge, thus cuasing errors. I then restarted the project roughly 2 weeks ago, after trial and error, and got it to its current stage. This is not the best MLO you have ever seen, and will probably never be. However I am still learning and plan to get much better at it :).

This MLO is and will continue to be a free project I will work on in my own time, while I learn along the way. It is in a v1.0.0 stage right now, with solid future plans. ALL updates will be free and updated here.

v.1.0.0 FEATURES
– Custom building.
– Custom interior shell.
– Custom made doors.
– Remodelled exterior YDR to allow deck enxtension [Rooftop].
– Custom kitchen set.
– Balcony access.
– Garage access [front of house, on the highway side] with custom made garage door. [I forgot to show it off.]
– Interior details such as dining tables, chairs, large bed, cumputer/PC area ETC. The only basic thing it is missing is a shower, but the ocean is p-ssing distance away. [I may add an actual shower in future update]

FUTURE PLANS:
I plan to add more to this section of MLO, as well as slowly add more MLO’s to the neighbouring buildings, each being done 1-by-1.

Suggestions and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is accepted.

INSTALLATION
Step 1: Drag and drop “v_king_beachhouse” folder into your DLC packs folder, usually located here > GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Step 2: Locate your “dlclist.xml” found here > GTA V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data > dlclist.xml
Step 3: Scroll to the very bottom of dlclist.xml, and add the following WITHOUT QUOTES “dlcpacks:/v_king_beachhouse/”
Step 4: Hit “save” and close.
Step 5: It should now be working, so load it up and enjoy!
