This Mod spawns 12 cars at Michael Safehouse.

These Cars are:
1) Benefactor Dubsta
2) Vapid Dominator
3) Ocelot Jackal
4) Ubermacht Oracle
5) Declasse Granger
6) Scorcher
7) Turffade Thrax (May Spawn Rarely)
8) Declasse Sabre Turbo
9) Canis Seminole Frontier
10) Declasse Granger 3600 LX (Latest Patch Required ( THE CONTRACT DLC ))
11) Pegassi Ruffian
12) Pegassi Zentorno

All these cars will spawn at random to prevent drop in FPS.
Cars may sometimes spawn with random customisation items or any extras if present.

NOTE: THIS MOD WILL NOT SAVE CARS, THIS MOD ONLY SPAWNS THEM

OpenIV (For Installation Of This Mod)
Legit GTA V Upto Latest Patch
(Declasse Granger 3600 LX will not spawn if your game is not updated to Latest Patch ( THE CONTRACT DLC ) )

NOTE: MOD NOT CHECKED ON FIVEM

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please Follow these steps to install this mod:

1) Open Your OpenIV
2) Visit The Locations as in Install Locations
3) Make Sure To Take Backups
4) You have to Replace those Files (Do not add these files, Replace the files when your OpenIV is in Edit mode)
5) An Install Reference Image Can Be Located at INSTALL LOCATION FOLDER
