1: You need MENYOO for this mod
2: Just place the XML file in menyoostuff > Spooner folder
Press”F8″ to open menyoo > Object Spooner > manage save files and select XML file and LOAD PLACEMENTS

NOTE: First travel to North Yankton and then load this mod plz
