XML – To install, copy the XML file inside the Sponner pass of Menyoo or in a place of your preference in the root folder to open it with Map Editor.
OR
YMAP – To install, copy the custom maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/ citye/maps/custom maps.rpf file

The mod has a jetski, a speedboat and a helipad inside the playboy mansion. For those who have the interior of the mansion, just complete with what was lacking.
