Installation Guide:
Go to your GTAV Main Directory
> menyooStuff > Spooner
– Drag and drop the provided “TowSite1A.xml” file here.
Launch GTAV and then hit F8, after that go to:
> Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files > TowSite1A > Load Placements
