Serenity Villa [Add-On / YMAP / Menyoo]

Been working on this mod for quite a while now, tried to make it detailed and also worked really hard on the lighting part too.

You can add the plane and car inside the mansion by loading props.xml
There is car and peds menyoo file

[REQUIRMENTS]
Download and install:
1.ScriptHook
2.ScriptHook V.NET
3.OpenIV
4.MENYOO
5.Map Builder
6.Object Spawn Unlocker

[INSTALLATION]
(MENYOO)
1. Copy the Serenity-Villa.xml from the “MENYOO” folder
2. Paste the .xml file in Gtav/menyoostuff/Spooner
3. Enjoy!

OR

(YMAP)
1. Copy the Serenity-Villa.ymap from the “YMAP” folder
2.Go to GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/citye/maps/custom maps.rpf, Copy the file here.
3.Enjoy!

OR

(Addon SP)
1.Copy the “SERENITY-V1LL4” from “Add-on” folder.
2.Open open iv
3.Go to GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and place it here
4.Go to update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml and open it
5.Add a new line dlcpacks:/SERENITY-V1LL4/
5.Enjoy!

[Bugs]
-YMAP ver. had missing props and some lighting glitch
