T.P.I Office [Menyoo] 1.0

Hello today iam make T.P.I OFFICE (TREVOR.PHILIPS.INDUSTRIES). there no drug or smth but there is some party, arcade and also talking room whatever.
So what i added there
-7 guard (5 with mexican speech ) other ped didnt got speech extension, cause iam bad in english language i dont know what they say. if iam added randomly they will weird in people who understand english language much.
-trevor private room
-storage
-party rooom
-food storage
-arcade machine
-office
-vending machine
And each other so hope enjoy it 😉
1.download > extract cut/copy current file to gta5 file location > menyoostuff > spooner > drop there
2. after that open your gta press F8 for load menyoo close then press F9 choose manage saved files and looking for T.P.I OFFICE click it then choose load placements. Done Easy and simple
BTW DONT GOES TO OFFICE AT NIGHT CAUSE CREEPY XD I PUT PIC WHEN NO PED LESS LIGHT AND NIGHT IN LAST SLIDE
