The Palace – Luxury Restaurant at City Hills V1.0

Adds a beautiful luxury restaurant at the City Hills.

Comes with 2 versions to help with reduce FPS cost at the expense of lowered amount of stuff… (Install only 1).

The mod is originally belongs to gta5testya which is from Vinewood Hills Alive.

With his kind permission, I seperated The Palace from his Vinewood Hills Alive and improved it further ahead to create a lovely place to date with your better half ❤️❤️

NPCs might not be already spawned when you get there, you need to use Menyoo Spooner file I have provided to spawn them.
Simply teleport to the location and press Load Placements.

List of changes:
– Added lots of restaurant related props on the tables and kitchen with a luxury vibe.
– Opened some of the windows with various and natural angle to have some fresh refreshing breeze inside.
– Added a functional door at the entrance.
– Many lights to brighten your night and further beautify the darkness ❤️
– Various cutie props at the outside and some trees&bushes.
– A bicycle park with dynamically spawned bicycles to help environment and burn your calories ❤️
