Put file in your folder GTA V- menyoostuff -> Spooner
In game
Go to Object Menyoo (F8) > Spooner > Manage Saved Files and select RAMPER (ROVER GAMIN) PRESENT . Then select Load Placements.
THis mod is a water hump challenge which is filled of funnn go and check it out
