Controlled Traffic 1.1

This mod adds a good amount of the vehicles in GTA5 and GTAO into traffic, with a few exceptions and modifications, those being

The Issi, Sentinel, and Bagger have all been removed from traffic completely to make Franklin, Amanda, and Tracey’s vehicles are completely unique in traffic, like the main 3 personal vehicles.
No snowy vehicles are in San Andreas traffic.
No weaponized or heavily armored vehicles (Technical, Insurgent, Armoured Kuruma, etc.) are in San Andreas traffic.
Too “racey” vehicles (vehicles meant for the track, not the street, ex. Obey Omnis, vehicles with special dashboards and/or stripped interiors) are not included.

To install, replace the popgroups.ymt with the one in
GTAV/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5.
