Instruction
(Do all the actions in the “mods” folder) :
1) Open .rar
2) Choose your language ENG or RU
3) Open OpenIV
4) Extract file name “vehicles.oac” to mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
If you use ENG version:
1) Extract file name “global.oxt” to mods/update/update2.rpf/x64/data/lang/american-rel.rpf
If you use RU version:
1) Extract file name “global.oxt” to mods/update/update2.rpf/x64/data/lang/russian-rel.rpf
