Why did I move here.. I Guess it was the GTA Trilogy Rain mod by: RobbinRams
Based on the GTA Trilogy definitive edition rain, now available for GTA 5.
Installation Instructions:
-Start up OpenIV
-Go to Edit Mode
-Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/weather
-Replace “rainstormrenderdrop.xml”
-Go to update\update.rpf\x64\textures
-Replace “fxweather.ytd”
-Go to update\update.rpf\common\data
-Replace visualsettings.dat
Enjoy!
If you have a graphics like evolved and/or any other ENBseries make sure to turn off the weather effects.
