How to Install Custom Sirens:
Download & Install OpenIV
Enable Edit Mode: Open OpenIV and go to GTA V > Mods > x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf.
Find vehicles.oac in the LithuanianPoliceSirensV2 and drag it onto the OPENIV.|||| MAKE SURE TO ENABLE EDIT MODE! DON’T FORGET TO UNZIP THE .ZIP FILE OR ELSE IT WILL NOT DRAG IN!
Test In-Game: Load GTA 5, spawn an emergency vehicle, and check the sirens.

Mods are not allowed in GTA Online. Use at your own risk!
